The Financial Operations (FinOps) Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and managing financial operations within the sector. They will develop budgets, track costs, and monitor cloud spending to identify savings opportunities. The individual in this role will collaborate with various teams on financial reporting and cost optimization, while ensuring transparency and accountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze cloud spending, identifying cost trends and opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop budgets and forecasts, and ensure financial accountability through cost management mechanisms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including renewals, licensing, and budget oversight for all Engineering-managed vendors.
  • Provide actionable financial reports and educate teams on best practices in cloud cost management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting in a technology environment
  • Experience with cloud financial management
