We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Azure Consultant to design and implement Microsoft Azure solutions based on clients' requirements and best practices! You will leverage your strong business and technical consulting skills and implement proven solutions that solve business challenges. This role is hybrid based out of our Houston branch.
 
A Day in the Life:
  • Implement industry leading cloud technical solutions by understanding client requirements through your savvy business and technical consulting skills
  • Provide detailed documentation including bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
  • Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation
  • Work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use cloud technology to meet their business objectives
  • Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions aligned with industry-accepted best practices
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Azure implementation and operations, systems development, network operations, and software support
  • Experience with the following: 
    • o   Azure (IaaS, PaaS), Azure AD, Azure SQL, Azure MFA (PaaS/ on-prem), Azure monitor
    • o   AWS, Google Cloud
    • o   Site recovery (ASR), file services (AFS)
    • o   Log analytics
    • o   Backup recovery services
    • o   Hyper-V
    • o   Application insights
    • o   SCVMM, SCCM, SCOM (including MP authoring)
    • o Software-defined network (SDN)
  • Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in the delivery of solutions
  • Technical understanding of cloudplatformsand supporting technologies
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral, and various presentation formats and situations
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
