Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a Closing Specialist to support the Escrow department at the corporate office in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Work hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm; Friday 7:30 am to 2PM.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and process financial information to ensure that all records are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Record closing information.
  • Process orders.
  • Maintain files.
  • Interact with various software systems.
  • Other duties as requested.

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent is required.
  • 1+ year of related accounting experience.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, organized, detailed oriented, and work independently with a team environment.
  • Systems savvy.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Work, Excel, adn Outlook.
