$70,000 - $100,000 - base plus commission/bonuses.

Are you a proven HVAC sales leader who loves coaching high-performing teams, closing big deals, and driving real revenue growth?

Quality Service Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team and Home Solutions Advisors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll directly impact sales, margins, and team performance - with the support and resources to succeed.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some flexibility and occasional weekends as needed for key opportunities) What You'll Do
  • Lead and coach our HVAC sales team and Home Solutions Advisors to hit monthly revenue, margin, and closing-ratio goals
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field training on HVAC replacements, IAQ products, accessories, and financing options
  • Review and approve all sales proposals (sold, pending, and lost)
  • Set and enforce sales processes, pricing standards, and best practices
  • Track key metrics including average ticket size, closing rates, and lead conversion
  • Work closely with installation, service, and marketing teams to maximize every lead
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and ongoing product training
  • Step in on complex or high-value sales opportunities to help close the deal
  • Support customer resolutions and post-sale follow-up
What You Need
  • 3+ years of HVAC sales or HVAC sales management experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and in-home sales
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
