Venture Title Agency is seeking a Post Closing Coordinator to oversee the final stage of the real estate closing process. In this role, you'll ensure every transaction is properly reconciled, documented, and finalized while helping maintain the accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service clients expect.

This is a fully in-office position due to the hands-on nature of financial processing, document handling, and file management.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000
  • Bonus and merit-based salary increase opportunities

Responsibilities:

Post-Closing Coordination

  • Manage transactions from settlement through final file completion
  • Review closed files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Ensure executed closing documents are properly scanned, uploaded, and organized
  • Prepare files for final archiving and long-term retention

Financial Reconciliation

  • Reconcile escrow balances, lender payoffs, and closing figures
  • Verify wire instructions and payoff information for accuracy
  • Prepare and process outgoing wires and checks
  • Resolve discrepancies to ensure files balance prior to completion

Documentation & Recording Support

  • Prepare recording packages for internal submission
  • Coordinate final closing packages for lenders, agents, and other parties
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records throughout the post-closing process

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Conduct final reviews to ensure files meet company and regulatory requirements
  • Identify missing documentation or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution
  • Maintain audit-ready files and accurate records
  • Assist in improving post-closing processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in title, escrow, or real estate post-closing required
  • Strong understanding of title and escrow closing procedures
  • Experience reconciling closing files and financial transactions
  • Familiarity with Qualia or similar title software preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple files while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential financial information
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
