Trial Lawyer Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with jury and non-jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate litigation, business torts, officer and director liability matters, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and insurance litigation. Candidates must have a portable book of business demonstrating both their current client base and potential for new business generation, with preference given to candidates based in Miami or interested in joining our Miami office.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced senior attorney with experience leading real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, and loan matters. The ideal candidates will have experience handling complex deals and serving as first chair on major transactions. Candidates should have a strong academic background, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to assume significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment. The candidates must be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to collaboration.

Healthcare Attorney

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with experience in healthcare and life sciences. Experience working with Medicare, CMS, government enforcement agencies, or with payers or managed care organizations is a plus. Core requirements include strong healthcare regulatory and transactional experience; compliance with federal and state health laws and regulations; private and public third-party reimbursement; corporate practice of medicine; operational issues; integrated delivery systems; and the purchase, sale, and merger of healthcare businesses and joint ventures. Relevant past work should involve a broad range of healthcare entities such as physician group practices, large group providers, healthcare systems, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, practice management companies, management service organizations (MSOs), and substance abuse treatment centers. Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business.

Bankruptcy Attorney

We are looking to expand our Business Reorganization Team with an experienced first-chair level partner who brings portable business. Our ideal candidate has substantial experience in Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries, with a preference for those who also have bankruptcy-related litigation experience. We seek a colleague who is collaborative and a team player and who maintains a positive attitude. Membership in The Florida Bar or a commitment to admission is mandatory.

We seek a candidate with strong academic credentials and prior work experience who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. Applicants must demonstrate sound judgment, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with at least six years of experience in environmental transactional work, regulatory compliance, and permitting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional support and due diligence, environmental assessments and liability issues, wetlands and coastal permitting, complex land use projects, air quality matters, hazardous materials contamination, and compliance and enforcement cases.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in corporate and personal planning for high-net-worth individuals and multinational families. A Tax or Estate Planning LL.M. is preferred.
