  • Review clinical tracking logs, motor threshold trends, and patient-reported outcome measures
Program Oversight & Development
  • Lead the design, implementation, and growth of the TMS service line within the Vienna clinic
  • Establish clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to expand TMS services and increase patient access within a self-pay environment
Operational Collaboration
  • Work closely with clinic staff to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and treatment capacity

  • Provide oversight, mentorship, and training to clinic staff
  • Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across the care team
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of TMS staff as the program grows
Patient Experience & Growth
  • Serve as a clinical ambassador for TMS services, supporting patient education and engagement
  • Collaborate with referral sources and internal providers to grow the TMS patient base
  • Address escalated patient concerns to ensure a positive treatment experience

  • Compensation: $18,000 annual stipend for TMS Director Responsibilities + 60% compensation split for clinical services
