About This Role:

Novir is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality & Compliance Program Manager to lead the development and oversight of clinical quality, compliance, education, and governance programs across multiple states.ย 

This roleย is responsible forย strengthening clinical standardization, regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, quality improvement, and vaccine program oversight to supportย Novir'sย continued growth and operational excellence.ย 

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support clinical quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives across the organizationย 

  • Develop andย maintainย standardized onboarding, education, and competency programs for clinical staffย 

  • Oversee quality assurance activities including documentation audits, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiativesย 

  • Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC, state immunization, and customer requirementsย 

  • Manage registry and EMR governance, including access oversight, documentation integrity, and workflow standardizationย 

  • Analyze operational and quality data toย identifyย trends, support reporting, andย provideย actionable insights to leadershipย 

  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership on vaccine program implementation, process improvement, and operational readinessย 

  • Assistย with policy development, program standardization, and scalable clinical infrastructure initiativesย 

Key Qualifications We're Looking For:
  • RNย required; healthcare administration or clinical operations experience preferredย 

  • Experience in healthcare quality, compliance, clinical operations, education, or program managementย 

  • Knowledge of immunization programs, EMRs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirementsย 

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsย 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย 

  • Experienceย developing workflows, policies, and training materials preferredย 

Preferred Experienceย 

  • Multi-state healthcare operationsย
