The selected candidate will:
  • Interface with staff and the community to achieve optimum balance between service, quality, consistency, community awareness, and effective utilization of clinical resources.
  • Provide the leadership and vision needed to deliver quality programming and treatment within Devereux standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure clinical objectives are obtained.
  • Lead clinical staff supervision, development programs and clinical programming for the adults and children receiving services.
  • Mentor and develop our clinical team.

Qualifications
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Licensed psychologist OR Master's degree with certification in field of study required. (i.e. BCBA, LPC, LCSW, BSL, LSW)
  • Candidates without current certification will be considered if eligibility is met to sit for certification exams. Certification can be funded through Devereux ASCEND.
  • Five years progressive responsibility in human services.
  • Experience with differential diagnosis; training in cultural diversity and sensitivity.
  • Experience with behavioral intervention assessment and knowledge of psychological assessments and behavioral inventories.
  • Experience providing clinical services, supervising services and or coordinating clinical services.
  • Strong communication and supervision skills.
