Compensation: $55k plus performance bonus
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Med Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of our medical aesthetics practice in beautiful Steilacoom, WA. This role works closely with an experienced Medical Director and plays a critical part in optimizing operations, supporting the team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional patient experience

  • Manage scheduling, staffing, workflows, and clinic coverage

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between providers, front desk, and ownership

  • Implement and maintain SOPs across front desk, clinical flow, and inventory

Team Management

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management

  • Lead with accountability while fostering a positive, professional culture

  • Conduct regular team check-ins and support productivity goals

Business Growth & Revenue

  • Support growth initiatives including memberships, packages, and promotions

  • Track KPIs including sales performance, rebooking, utilization, and revenue

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion

  • Ensure consult processes and follow-up protocols are being executed consistently

Patient Experience

  • Ensure a high-touch, professional patient journey from first contact through follow-up

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee inventory management and ordering

  • Previous experience as a Med Spa Manager, Practice Manager, or Spa Manager (medical aesthetics strongly preferred)
