Arcadia Counseling is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support the growth and operational excellence of our organization. With over 70 clinicians across our Sandy, Lehi, and Lindon locations, this role plays a critical part in helping our therapists succeed by ensuring schedules remain optimized, offices are utilized efficiently, and new clinicians are supported as they join the Arcadia team.
Our administrative model allows clinicians to focus on therapy while our operations team supports marketing, onboarding, scheduling coordination, billing and client services. The Clinical Operations Coordinator helps ensure this system runs smoothly and that clinicians have the support they need to build thriving caseloads.

  • Coordinate and monitor clinician schedules to ensure optimal utilization and availability for clients
  • Support the onboarding process for new clinicians, including scheduling setup, orientation coordination, and operational readiness
  • Work with leadership to ensure clinician caseloads remain full and balanced
  • Assist with office utilization planning across multiple locations
  • Monitor referral flow and assist with clinician marketing visibility and profile optimization
  • Coordinate scheduling adjustments related to clinician availability, leave, or schedule changes
  • Collaborate with the administrative and leadership teams to improve operational processes
  • Assist in implementing operational improvements that support clinician productivity and client access to care
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports related to scheduling and utilization
  • Support special operational projects as the organization grows

Requirements
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and operational coordination skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in healthcare administration, operations, or business coordination
