Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous communication with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Assess patients for risks, including suicidality or potential harm to themselves or others, and manage crises effectively.
  • Support milieu staff in their interactions with patients, ensuring a unified and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Participate actively in clinical outreach initiatives and program tours to promote service engagement and community involvement.
  • Complete required documentation, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical notes, in a timely manner.
