Job description

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: Minnesota
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

This Minnesota telehealth role is for a licensed clinician who wants to provide online therapy with structure, consistency, and room to build strong client relationships. You will work with clients across Minnesota through secure virtual sessions and help them access care without added travel or scheduling barriers.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values professional independence while still maintaining high standards for documentation and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy services to clients located in Minnesota
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes
  • Help clients work through mental health, emotional wellness, and adjustment concerns
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all virtual sessions

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Minnesota license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
