Position Summary

The Field Service Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service. This role is highly relationship-focused, with significant time spent engaging healthcare providers and identifying opportunities to add value through our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and delivering effective sales presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and key decision-makers
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in the field cultivating relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by supporting training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Report client feedback, issues, and opportunities to the Program Manager, and support timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of daily sales calls, including purpose and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively communicate relevant compliance standards to clients
  • Manage and distribute supplies appropriately in accordance with hospital policies and client usage
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions
Additional Responsibilities
  • Deliver supplies to client locations as needed
  • Perform courier duties when required
  • Support billing processes, including reviewing and correcting requisitions
  • Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance for business use
  • Perform other duties as assigned
