• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients' mental health status using standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and align with the specific needs of our patient population.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing therapeutic interventions and strategies that support mental health diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and an interdisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans aimed at achieving desired mental health outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals and establish effective links between patients and additional treatment providers, enhancing their overall support network.
• Provide educational resources and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, contributing to the growth of future professionals in the field.
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits as guided by a clinical supervisor to promote team development and integration.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including those in crisis-oriented situations or navigating through detoxification processes. As a therapist, you will have the chance to work with a diverse population, drawing from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s unique context.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, coupled with a current LCSW license authorized by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Strong foundational knowledge and skills to provide informed care that accommodates human development stages and cultural considerations throughout treatment.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in the field, preferably in mental health or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing both traditional and contemporary treatment methodologies to cater to the mental health needs of our patient demographics.

• Experience in crisis intervention and working with patients in detox or withdrawal scenarios.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy.
• Previous involvement in mentoring and educating students or less experienced professionals in the field.
