Clinic Director (BCBA) – Snohomish County, WA

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is the leading ABA therapy agency for children on the spectrum in the State of Washington. Magnolia has been rendering ABA therapy for over 15 years.

For our expanding Snohomish County operation we have an opening for a full time Clinical Director (a form of feasible part time, still able to lead the operation, is optional).

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure required
  • Extensive experience as a BCBA
  • Leadership and supervisory skills. Experience in these areas is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
  • Residing in or around Snohomish County, or in an acceptable travel radius
  • Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children
  • Ability to (learn to) work with GSuite applications and CentralReach

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations in our clinic and for our in-home cases in the Snohomish County region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.

This role requires a strong clinical background combined with leadership skills to coordinate clinicians, manage treatment protocols, and support continuous improvement in client outcomes.

  • Provide clinical supervision, management and guidance to BCBA’s, LaBa’s and Technicians
  • In coordination with the Recruitment Department and Regional Management, hiring the right BCBA’s and LaBa’s and Technicians.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical practices
  • Collaborate with families, clinicians, and other professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes
  • Collaborate with the national Clinical Officer to develop initiatives for professional development and training for clinical staff
  • Monitor clinical documentation and data to assess effectiveness and adherence to protocols
  • Participate in strategic planning and policy development to support organizational goals

Times and schedules will be discussed upon employment to accommodate both organizational needs and candidate availability

The Clinical Director will be able to shape its own team of BCBA’s. Our Recruitment Department and Regional Management will take the lead in sourcing qualified candidates.
