Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst  (Healthcare Data Integration)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with strong healthcare data integration experience to support and enhance enterprise health information exchange (HIE) systems. The role involves leading technical analysis for Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations, supporting data platforms, developing complex SQL/SAS queries, managing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality, system performance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in InterSystems HealthShare, HL7 v2, C-CDA, HIPAA, and healthcare data standards.
 
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience with SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare
  • Strong expertise in EHR systems, clinical data, HL7 v2, and C-CDA
  • Experience with ETL processes, data validation, transformation, and reporting
  • Knowledge of Health Information Exchange (HIE) standards and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience leading complex EHR integration projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience developing business reports, training materials, or documentation related to clinical data and healthcare workflows
