Job description

Examinetics is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our team as a Clinic Services Administrator! This position is a full-time role at our corporate office in Griffith, IN or Overland Park, KS. The Clinic Services Administrator will be responsible for managing client accounts, scheduling with occupational health clinics, and reviewing lab results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain their individual client companies clinical services.
  • Assist in the development of programs and the operating procedures.
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
  • Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Assist existing clients with any order changes, additions or deletions to existing orders.
  • Maintain a recall list for each of their client companies.
  • Interact directly with client companies as needed to assure that proper orders are being generated and completed.
  • Ensure the confidential and accurate handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Review lab results by comparing to established metrics and qualification requirements.

Job Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ year(s) of work experience.
  • 2+ year(s) experience working directly with clients or customers.
  • Experience sorting and filtering data in Excel or similar tool.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook or similar tool.
  • Experience entering data accurately.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience prioritizing and multitasking effectively.
