A clinical applications specialist (CAS) trains healthcare professionals to use new software and equipment. In this career, your responsibilities are to educate and train employees in the use of equipment, such as irradiation apparatuses or imaging equipment, and medical practice management software. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providetechnical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying knowledge gained through comprehensive CRM field training.
Coordinateoperational support by ensuringaccuratepatient documentation, managing inventory and equipment resources,maintainingprogrammer software, andassistingwith daily coveragelogisticsto meet customer and business needs.

7+ years in Cath lab, EP Lab,hospital/clinic with cardiology knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm recognition, and EKG interpretation, with experience supporting cardiac device therapies.
Hands-on experience with cardiac device interrogation and basic programming, as well as active participation in EP Lab, Cath Lab, or Operating Room procedures involving cardiac device implants, mapping, and ablation therapies.
Expertisewith Microsoft tools & other applications (i.e., SalesForce.com)
Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Ability to coordinate/participateinnumeroustasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
