Location- Trinity Health PACE St Joseph

Hours - Monday- Friday 8-5

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all nursing services within the PACE organization across clinic, day center, and community settings. This role ensures high quality, participant-centered care through effective coordination with the interdisciplinary team and management of daily clinic operations.

The Clinic Manager demonstrates Trinity Health PACE mission, vision, values, and guiding behaviors in all actions. They foster a collaborative, respectful environment, lead by example, and support a culture focused on service excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

* Managing clinic operations such as staffing, scheduling, supervision, and resource allocation.

* Oversees clinical staff performance, including orientation, competency validation, coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary actions as needed.

* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, infection control standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

*Participates in the interdisciplinary team by conducting assessments, contributing to care plans, and coordinating twenty four hour care delivery.

*Overseeing specialty services, coordinating external providers, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining readiness for audits and surveys.

*Financial accountability includes managing departmental budgets, monitoring utilization, identifying cost efficiencies, and collaborating with finance partners. *Contributes to Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement initiatives and organizational committees.

Minimum qualifications

* Active Registered Nurse license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and CPR certification.

*Three years of healthcare experience with a focus on geriatrics and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

* Ideal candidate is action oriented, adaptable, and skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and independent decision making.
