Edmonds Wellness Clinic is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Representative to support our patients and clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who can stay calm, accurate, and professional while handling multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment.

Schedule • Monday through Friday • 8-hour shifts • Full-time, in person in Edmonds, WA

Key Responsibilities • Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out • Answer phones and messages promptly and professionally • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments • Collect and update patient information, forms, and insurance details • Process patient payments and provide accurate receipts • Scan, upload, and organize documents while maintaining accurate records • Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and other team members • Keep the reception area organized and help the clinic flow smoothly • Handle interruptions and multiple time-sensitive tasks without losing accuracy or professionalism • Protect patient privacy and follow clinic confidentiality procedures

Qualifications • 1–3 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience • Medical office or healthcare front desk experience strongly preferred • Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and office equipment • Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to learn new systems quickly • Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team

Compensation • $17–$19 per hour, based on relevant experience
