We are seeking a dynamic and clinically driven Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in West Dundee, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed PT who is passionate about patient care, team leadership, and driving clinic success.

As Clinic Director, you'll play a dual role-delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing clinic operations, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth.


What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience
  • Mentor and develop clinical and support staff to maximize performance and engagement
  • Drive clinic growth through relationship-building, community engagement, and physician outreach
