Summary

The GEAR Quotation Specialist is responsible for working with customers and branch locations to gather information and provide accurate, competitive pricing in order to win project packages for City Electric Supply.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with collecting information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
  • Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
  • Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
  • Provide value added service and technical expertise to customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Education/Experience

  • Experience with Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in gear quotation is required.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Technical qualifications and strong industry knowledge are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
