Job description

Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/ Geriatrics Physician to join 32 providers in a well-established practice offering 12 specialties and subspecialties. This position offers 2 days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care. Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required.


Location is a Patient-Centered Medical Home and a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.


New graduates are encouraged to apply. Group offers Student Loan Repayment and Residency Stipends.

  • Employed
  • 2 days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care
  • Join an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team
  • Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include: primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO
  • Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties
  • System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
