Job Summary
The role of the Integris Systems Technician (ST) is responsible for providing frontline technical support for single end-user level issues, encompassing personal computer, printer, and Windows application matters. The Systems Technician serves as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance, managing inquiries received through email or the client portal. The ST may execute their responsibilities from the service desk or the field.
Shift: 8-5P, must be able to go onsite minimum two days a week and work in the call queue the remaining days.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
  • Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
  • Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
  • Adhere to established client support documentation.

Job Qualifications
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements:
  • Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience.
  • Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
