• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, current challenges, and strengths, allowing for targeted intervention.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, which will include specific therapeutic goals and measurable interventions aimed at fostering progress.
• Work closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and resource sharing for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, including risk assessments and safety planning to maintain client well-being.
• Create and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community and connection among clients.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in practice.

This role will focus on a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing an array of mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for practice.

• Knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and familiarity with treatment approaches relevant to diverse mental health conditions.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
