Business Development Manager – Utah County Division (Heavy Civil)Location
Utah County, Utah and surrounding counties
(Primary focus around Provo, Orem, and surrounding areas)
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in our Utah County Division. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new work in the heavy civil and excavation market.
This is a high-impact, performance-based position designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. You will not be handed leads. You are expected to generate them.
The right candidate is well-connected in the region, understands how projects are awarded, and is motivated by results.
What You’ll DoDrive New Work
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities across public and private sectors

Build Relationships
