Requirements:

  • Management/Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Supervisory role.
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years in Excavating, Wet Utilities, or Mass Grading.
  • In-depth Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects comprehensively, ensuring excellence from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
  • Utilize your expertise to review and interpret schematics and blueprints, guiding construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and promptly address concerns.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols for a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts or challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs.
Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus.
