Role Overview

Asan EnterpriseClient Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic relationship leader forAccordant's enterpriseandprivate equity-basedclients.In this role, you will build trusted partnerships withkey C-Suitestakeholders to ensureaccount growth andongoing value realizationbyaligningtechnology solutions with operational efficiency, financial reporting, andoverarching business goals.


Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, financial and operational acumen, deeppreviousexperience managingprivateequity portfolios,and the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives,privateequity operating partners, and finance leaders.
Compensation | $115,000-$120,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio ofenterprise-level clientsand develop trusted partnerships to understand investmentobjectives, operational priorities, and value creation strategies
  • Anticipateevolving needs andidentifyopportunities forrevenueexpansionthrough product and/orserviceadd-ons
  • Track andmonitorclient health indicators to ensure a high-quality experience and long-term retention

Portfoliol Client Success

  • Work cross-functionally toidentifyopportunities to standardize technology, reporting frameworks, and best practices across multiple portfolio companies
  • Maintain visibility into portfolio activityand proactively engageclient base throughstrategicbusiness reviews
  • Serve as advisor for overall growth strategyinclusive of third-party product integrations

Business Reviews & Value Realization

  • Prepare and deliverregularbusiness reviews withexecutivestakeholders and portfolio company leadership
  • Provide strategic recommendations aligned with portfolio growth, operational maturity, and investment timelines
  • Work cross functionally with internal implementation teams to guide strategic growth decisions and recommendations for third-party add-on opportunities to maximize value and usage

Client Engagement & Support

  • Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to post-liveteam structure and ensure adoption and retention protocols are in place
  • Conduct regular cadence check-ins with stakeholders across a portfolio of clients and portfolio companies
  • Serve as a liaison across departmentsandthird-partiesto drivetimelyand effective resolution and mitigation of escalations

Revenue Expansion & Opportunity Identification

  • Identifyopportunitiesandupsellacrossan enterprise client book of businessensuringalignment on clientbusiness goals and technology
  • Support expansion efforts when PE firmsacquirenew portfolio companies that maybenefitfrom Accordant solutions
  • Meetorganization expansion metrics through proactive outbound and inbound client sales motions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignmentofclient priorities
  • Share client insights and industry trends to help shape product development, service offerings, and best practices


Qualifications

  • 2+ years ofEnterprise or Private EquityClient Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management experience in SaaS, ERP, financial technology, or professional services environments
  • Experience working with Construction/Real Estatefinancialworkflows withdeep industry knowledge of this space
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite and investment stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple portfolio clients
  • Ability to work EST hours M-F

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of third-party marketplace providersthat integrate with Sage Intacct (Payroll, AP Automation, Reporting)
  • Previousexperience developingfinancial reporting, operational KPIs, and technology standardization across portfolio companies
  • Familiarity with client health metrics such as NPS, CSAT, andClientHealth scoring
  • Experience working in software / SaaS environments with revenue retention or expansion goalsand related metrics
  • Proficiencywith Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with project management and implementation frameworks
