Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the digital onboarding of new clients by delivering high-energy, interactive online and on-location software training.

  • Architect comprehensive training curriculums, including CBTs and instructional videos, to simplify complex construction workflows.

  • Command the stage at our annual User Conference, presenting innovative sessions that shape the future of the Trimble ONE Platform.

  • Champion the use of AI tools in training environments to enhance learning efficiency and client problem-solving.

  • Influence product development by synthesizing client feedback and identifying emerging industry trends from the field.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience delivering software or technical training to diverse professional audiences.

  • Proven ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for construction stakeholders.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for managing 1-on-1 virtual classroom dynamics and group presentations.

  • Self-motivated professional capable of managing rigorous travel logistics and independent project schedules.

  • Valid Passport and Driver's License for international travel to Canada and throughout the U.S.

  • Direct experience within the heavy civil construction or AECO industries.
  • Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, or equipment maintenance software workflows.
