Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor involves a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities that cater specifically to individual client situations.
  • Creating and maintaining personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering clients’ self-awareness, coping strategies, and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role demands a keen understanding of diverse backgrounds and complexities, enabling you to tailor your approach to fit each client's unique experiences. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Oregon, which may be one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Clean license history with no disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mental health therapy.
  • Strong computer literacy to navigate digital therapy tools efficiently.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred and may enhance your application:
