Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor involves a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments through video chat to understand clients' backgrounds and therapeutic needs.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities that cater specifically to individual client situations.
• Creating and maintaining personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering clients’ self-awareness, coping strategies, and personal growth.
• Facilitating therapeutic discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and relationships in a supportive environment.
• Regularly monitoring clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and helping them develop long-term healthy behaviors.

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role demands a keen understanding of diverse backgrounds and complexities, enabling you to tailor your approach to fit each client's unique experiences. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Oregon, which may be one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Clean license history with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mental health therapy.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate digital therapy tools efficiently.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred and may enhance your application:

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding varying cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and previous remote counseling experience.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or specialties.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $104,000 per year, reflective of your experience and working hours. In addition, we offer:
