The Team You’ll Join  

You’ll join a client-focused, collaborative team dedicated to supporting financial advisors and RIA clients through consultative, high-touch service. The team serves as subject matter experts on the Envestnet platform, partnering closely with advisors to help them navigate platform functionality, optimize their use of tools, and resolve operational needs efficiently. Team members take pride in acting as strong client advocates, balancing accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism while working cross functionally with internal partners to deliver timely solutions. With a shared commitment to service excellence, compliance, and continuous learning, the team plays a critical role in driving advisor satisfaction and long-term client success.

How You’ll Contribute   

Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional resolution of questions related to the company’s technology platforms and investment solutions. Supports advisors, home offices and institutional clients by troubleshooting issues, guiding users through workflows and coordinating with internal product, operations and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions

  • Gains familiarity with Client Service Support concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • With guidance performs a variety of client support duties, including:
    • Serving as a first point of contact for clients, responding to basic service inquiries by phone, email or case management systems,
    • Assisting with account setup, maintenance and updates,
    • Researching and resolving routine account, billing and platform usage issues,
    • Coordinating with internal teams, such as operations, compliance and technology to ensure timely issue resolution, and
    • Documenting client expectations, actions taken and issue resolution status.
  • Learns and follows regulatory, security and data privacy requirements.
  • Learns and gains expertise in Envestnet products, workflows and policies to provide clear and consistent client guidance.
  • Meets service level agreement standards for response time and quality expectations.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy of internal knowledge sharing application (One Note)
  • Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. Assist in setting and managing client expectations for completion of work.

What You’ll Need to Bring  

  • Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field of study
  • Experience in the financial services area in a client facing role 
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable operating in tight deadlines with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to quickly grasp complicated situations and determine the best course of action
  • Commitment to maintain professional demeanor and courtesy
  • Willing to build relationships and work both individually and in a collaborative approach
  • Well-developed organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits employee to communicate effectively.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $48,500 to $60,600. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
