Help Seniors Navigate Medicare with Confidence

At My Senior Health Plan, we're committed to helping seniors make informed healthcare decisions with compassion and integrity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting clients, coordinating with insurance carriers, and assisting our sales team throughout the enrollment process.

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email.
  • Answer client questions and conduct verification and follow-up calls.
  • Process insurance applications accurately and maintain client records in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Track application status and coordinate with insurance carriers.
  • Prepare client materials and documentation.
  • Support the sales team with client follow-up and administrative tasks.
Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma/GED with at least one year of administrative or customer service experience, or an associate degree.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable learning CRM systems and new technology.
  • Passion for helping others.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Korean.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
