We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Client Success Specialist to support travelers throughout the vacation planning and reservation process.

The focus of this role is building positive client relationships, understanding individual travel preferences, and helping clients navigate available travel options from their initial inquiry through their completed trip.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Learn about clients' travel interests, preferences, budgets, and vacation goals
  • Research appropriate travel options and vacation experiences
  • Assist with hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
