Job description

Assist in development, implementation, and improvement of analytical tools, protocols, and processes for KPP to support network contract compliance and optimization for its clients.Facilitate an association of pharmacy analytics with clinical outcomes and cost saving strategies in conjunction with account management and clinical teams, analyze financial data to provide insight to drive business growth and reduce spend. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the completion of financial components of RFPs, market checks, and renewals to define the scope of PBM client support and to forecast accurate cost assumptions into pricing offers and provide underwriting request for proposals requirements such as fees, credits, and performance guarantees

  • Provide analytical expertise in the design and function of the prospective client business and assist in all aspects of proposal development, including underwriting process and infrastructure and support contracting team in creation, optimization, and compliance of contracts for both new and existing clients

  • Perform calculations and analysis to ensure KPP is meeting their pricing and performance guarantees as well as clinical trends and opportunities for improvement and provide detailed analyses identifying risk and opportunity as well as consultative analyses to internal and external clients

  • Create library of standard reports, maintain organized files and drafts in operationally designated locations while coordinating and presenting customer utilization analysis reports internally

  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard reporting procedures while supporting and driving continuous process improvement as well as managing reports that maximize patient outcomes utilizing predictive modeling

  • Assist in estimating rebates for prospective clients and reconciliation of rebate payments and minimum guarantees

  • Provide clinical program development and insight

  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum
  • Bachelors degree

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, product development, or client engagement

  • Proven track record in executivelevel relationship management and sales leadership

  • Experience in vendor management and data analytics/reporting infrastructure

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting platforms.

  • Understanding of rebate programs, pricing strategies, and financial modeling

  • Ability to design and implement new products/programs aligned with business goals

  • Expertise in consultative selling and executivelevel presentations

  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills

  • Highlevel problemsolving and innovation mindset
