What will your typical day look like?

Lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end enterprise digital experience and transformation initiatives using Adobe Experience Cloud, encompassing legacy modernization, cloud-native platforms, and scalable, secure, multi-brand, multi-region solutions for Deloitte’s most complex client engagements.

•   Work closely with clients and lead delivery teams to design, architect, and oversee the implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud 
•    Lead solution design and architecture workshops, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions 
•    Define and govern enterprise technical architectures, ensuring alignment with Adobe best practices, organizational standards, and client objectives 
•    Provide technical leadership and direction to implementation teams across the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and quality assurance 
•    Oversee and support integrations with analytics, CRM, CDP, customer journey platforms, and API gateways 
•    Provide executive-level guidance to clients and advise senior stakeholders across marketing, IT, and business teams on digital systems strategy and delivery
•    Oversee team resourcing and delivery planning, and support pre-sales and growth activities by contributing to RFP responses, demos, PoCs, accelerators, and client due diligence workshops

The team specializes in designing and delivering enterprise solutions across content, data, analytics, personalization, and customer journey management using leading technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud. Working across industries, the team partners with clients to drive measurable business outcomes, combining deep technical expertise with strategic consulting, delivery excellence, and a strong focus on innovation.

•    Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe marketing technologies.
•    Proven experience leading and overseeing the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital marketing, content management, digital asset management, and digital experience solutions.
•    Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture and in making, implementing, and governing architectural and technical decisions across complex, integrated environments.
•    Demonstrated experience with cloud architecture and enterprise technology environments.
•    Demonstrated experience integrating digital experience platforms with enterprise technologies such as analytics, CRM, CDP, customer journey platforms, and API platforms.
•    Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise technical architectures and solutions.
•    Experience working directly with senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide strategic technical guidance.
•    Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, people leadership, and mentorship to multidisciplinary delivery teams on large-scale client engagements.
•    Experience overseeing solution delivery across the project lifecycle, including architecture, planning, implementation, integration, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
•    Experience managing or overseeing technical resources and delivery planning for complex enterprise engagements.
•    Experience contributing technical expertise to pre-sales and business development activities, including RFP responses, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, proposals, and client workshops.
•    Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment and manage multiple priorities across complex enterprise engagements.
