Position Summary...Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to play a critical role in enabling and scaling our sales organization by owning our core sales systems, data, and operational processes. This role involves data analytics, sales forecasting, and collaboration and day-to-day support with cross-functional teams to deliver effective advertising solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to create reports and dashboards, solve day-to-day operational challenges, and drive strategic decisions that improve how the sales organization operates. This role will help shape core sales operations across pipeline management, forecasting, platform health, commissions, and reporting-ensuring the business has the insights, processes, and tools needed to scale effectively.What you'll do...
  • Overseeprocesses, tools, and strategies to support maximizing ad sales, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data analysis.

  • Developandimplementstrategies tooptimizesales operations, improve productivity, and enhance revenue generation. This includes managing resource requests,addressprocesspain pointsand inefficiencies, and the integration of new tools and technologies to enable the sales team to work efficiently.

  • Collaboration with product management, development teams, and other cross-functional teams is essential to deploy advertising solutions and ensure effective campaign execution.

  • Create and managebusiness intelligence dashboards to provide insights and guide decision-making.

  • Build and evolve scalable sales operations workflows across lead management, opportunity progression, account planning, and internal request intake to improve consistency, speed, and visibility for the sales organization.

  • Design, maintain, and automate recurring sales reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, seller performance, revenue trends, and operational KPIs.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to translate business questions into reporting requirements, performance insights, and workflow improvements that support faster, data-driven decision-making.

  • Establish reporting standards and CRM workflow discipline to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and ensure the day-to-day health of sales systems and processes.

  • Support key sales operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, commissions tracking, and business performance reviews, by delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights.

  • Monitorcampaign performance, create reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or sales analytics, preferably supporting a high-growth sales organization.

  • Proven experience building and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and operating cadences that support pipeline management, forecasting, business performance reviews, and decision-making.

  • Experience designing and improving workflows across core sales processes, including lead management, opportunity progression, internal intake, or account planning.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including supporting system hygiene, workflow discipline, and data quality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams, with strong communication skills and executive presence.

  • Salesforce Admin or BA certificate is an asset.
