YOUR IMPACT
The Client Associate within the Professional Services division plays a critical role in supporting the sales cycle, particularly for small and fast-moving engagements. As a Client Associate, you will be part of a reactive deal team, managing inbound leads from the Demand Hub and assisting the sales team in driving through the full sales process-from opportunity creation to contract execution and deal closure.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Own and manage small packaged or flexible engagements from initial lead to signed contract.
Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and clients to scope and define engagement parameters.
Collaborate with Practice Leads and Consultants to develop tailored proposals and packaged solutions.
Draft, format, and deliver proposals using Microsoft Word and other tools, ensuring alignment with clients needs and internal standards.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure compliance and secure necessary approvals.
Review pricing and calculations for accuracy and profitability.
Maintain digital records and documentation for all proposals and contracts.
Act as a liaison between sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project readiness.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Good understanding of sales operations and the end-to-end sales cycle.
Experience managing small deals or packaged service offerings.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret contractual documents and pricing models.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is preferred but not required.
Basic legal knowledge is a plus, but not required.
