PerkSpot is searching for a Client Success Associate to join our Client Success Operations team! As a Client Success Associate, you will manage inbound inquiries and resolve issues for our SMB and mid‑market clients. You’ll also conduct strategic outreach to high‑potential accounts to drive utilization and overall program engagement.

This position is required to be in the office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our office is located in midtown Toronto, ON (Yonge and Lawrence).

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Manage and resolve client issues by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from our 850+ PerkSpot clients.
  • Prioritize multiple incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact.
  • Escalate complex client issues appropriately by providing an initial assessment and recommended approach.
  • Report on key performance metrics, including First Response Time and Time to Resolution.
  • Drive new user growth by coordinating program re-launches, promoting census file uploads, and ensuring client compliance.
  • Conduct strategic outreach to high‑potential accounts to support engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage incoming offer leads from clients seeking local partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client service role
  • Experience managing and addressing several open service inquiries at once
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, MS Excel, or any other tech software a plus
  • Professional and empathetic but confident communication style
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team

The pay: 

PerkSpot offers competitive industry rate salaries with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals.  We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity and across teams and levels. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD plus a $2,000 annual bonus.
