Position Overview

Montage Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team that plays a pivotal role in providing essential therapeutic services within our detox center. This position not only offers a competitive salary between USD 60,000 and 100,000 per year, but also provides an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals experiencing substance use disorders.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while ensuring that you have the necessary tools to connect with clients and team members effectively. Although regular business hours are maintained, occasional evenings and weekends may be scheduled in response to client needs and program demands. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify each client's social, emotional, and environmental needs, establishing a baseline for treatment.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized service plans that outline therapeutic goals and targeted interventions.
  • Provide skilled counseling interventions and emotional support to individuals and families coping with the challenges of addiction and other psychological issues.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to craft personalized action plans, facilitating their connections to vital community resources.
  • Engage in crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and development of safety plans tailored to client situations.
  • Coordinate with various community organizations to ensure a seamless continuum of care and advocate fiercely for clients' needs.
  • Participate in community outreach efforts that aim to strengthen public awareness of our services while fostering client engagement.
  • Attend case conferences and team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing substance use disorders who may also be facing co-occurring mental health issues. You will be instrumental in creating supportive environments for clients that promote healing, recovery, and stability. The holistic perspective adopted by our organization ensures tailored treatment approaches that empower clients by addressing underlying factors contributing to their conditions.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, a prerequisite for obtaining state licensure.
  • An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that allows you to practice in Colorado.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care practices critical to executing successful interventions in diverse populations.
  • Exceptional communication and cultural competence complemented by solid problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a social service agency or healthcare setting, particularly in roles focused on addiction recovery and mental health.
