About the role:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. The Client Services Supervisor (California) will drive day-to-day operations, proactively manage client requests and issues on cases and litigation matters while inspiring their team members to work together to exceed our clients' expectations.
What you'll get to do:
  • Maintain a culture committed to providing exceptional customer service to support our business objectives and growth
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks and workload for members of the Client Services team
  • Provide support to team members as needed and hold them accountable to all standards and best practices, following disciplinary procedures when necessary
  • Develop team members by providing feedback and guidance; ensure they are engaged and progressing along a path of growth opportunities
  • Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for the processing of payroll
  • Ensure all client requests received via email and/or phone queue are met in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
  • Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
