Position Summary
The Client Services Facilitator serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the EBS/ECL offices related to customer inquiries. This role is responsible for managing phone and email communications, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensuring timely, accurate,and professional communication between clients and internal departments. While this is primarily an office-based position with limited face-to-face interaction, it requires frequent and effective communication with both clientand staff.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and consistently demonstrates a positive, professional demeanor. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, along with experience in order of entry, inventory management, and customer service processes, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage all incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, timeliness, and a positive, client-focused approach
  • Route client issues, concerns, and service requests to the appropriate internal contact
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive client contact list in a shared database
  • Frequently performs multiple tasks within ControlTex/ Cube control process
  • Utilize ControlTex for tracking, updating, and managing client orders and service needs
  • Support database management, ensuring all client and operational data is accurate and up to date
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of driver routes and delivery schedules to assist with client inquiries
  • Escalate emergent issues including disruptions to leadership immediately as a priority

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, call center, or administrative support preferred
