Position Summary
The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and client support to our clients and Collections department. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of account information, documents, payments, and disputes while delivering responsive, professional service to clients, consumers, and vendors.
What You'll Do
  • Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage and process account status changes accurately and timely.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Process data, disputes, and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Post and process payments accurately and timely.
  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation and complete client and consumer batches accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance and solutions to support client needs.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients and vendors through phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing professional and helpful assistance.
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and state consumer protection laws.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account notes and update account status and consumer information in the FACS computer system.
  • Complete dispute forms accurately and update client systems as required.
  • Perform skip tracing activities to obtain and verify current consumer information.
  • Verify bankruptcy filings and deceased account information.
  • Perform insurance verification as required.
  • Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client and consumer information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate timely and accurate resolution of account-related matters.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
