The Role: : We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our platform for enterprise clients. This role sits within our Client Services team and is responsible for managing complex implementations while serving as a trusted partner to both internal leadership and client-side executives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management rigor, client relationship management, and technical fluency in the Saas/AI space, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Own End-to-End Deployment of EvolutionIQ AI Products:Lead full lifecycle software implementations-from kickoff through go-live and transition to steady-state support.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary project point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior and executive-level leaders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and driving alignment.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services teams to execute implementations and resolve issues quickly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as both a strategic advisor and operational lead throughout the engagement.
  • Process & Playbook Development: Continuously improve deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices to scale delivery and enhance client experience.
  • Data & Technical Oversight: Oversee data integrations, configurations, and UAT/validation processes; ensure solutions meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive client readiness, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful deployment and long-term value realization.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing delivery roles within enterprise SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
  • Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Exceptional project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, prioritization)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading executive discussions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, or ETL processes
  • Background in consulting or professional services environments

  • Compensation: The base salary range is $170-185K, with flexibility depending on a candidate's background and experience. An annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs) are also included in our compensation package.
