Clinical Supervisor

Division/Program:

Modesto FSP - Children's Behavioral Health Center

Starting Compensation:

90000 - 105000 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Modesto, CA

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule with onsite attendance 2-3 days per week.

What You Bring to SBHG:

Education

  • Master's degree in a mental health field required.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health field (experience with children or adolescents in residential or community-based settings strongly preferred).
  • Preferred: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Highly Desired: Prior experience working within or alongside county mental health systems.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active California independent clinical license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) with at least two (2) years of post-licensure experience.
  • Qualified and eligible to provide Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) clinical supervision to registered associates.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a driving record that meets agency eligibility criteria.

How you will make a difference:

This role is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff who provide services to youth and families. The position ensures team members follow program guidelines, receive ongoing support and training, and provide quality care to clients. Responsibilities include participating in treatment meetings, supporting crisis intervention, overseeing program operations, and providing therapy services when needed. The role also assesses youth for services, coordinates referrals, and ensures all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Population Served: Serving ages (0-18)

  • Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Stanislaus County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle.

  • Clinical Services: Individual and family counseling

  • Skills & Services: After-School Groups/ Activities and Crisis intervention services

  • Role specific Benefits & Reimbursements: Mileage reimbursement included at a rate of$0.85 per mile and Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet).
