About the Position Join the Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) as its Manager of Financial Services. At StanCOG, your work extends far beyond balancing budgets and preparing financial reports. Every financial decision helps advance transportation projects, secure grant funding, and improve mobility for the more than 550,000 residents of Stanislaus County.

As Manager of Financial Services, you'll play a key role in ensuring that public resources are managed responsibly while helping to shape the region's future. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial and Administrative Services, this position oversees the agency's day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting, grant administration, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls, and supervises assigned Financial Services staff.
