We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Service Liaison. This role serves as a key connection between the Firm and our clients, helping ensure that client needs are met through effective communication, accurate data management, and meaningful reporting and analysis.

Position Summary
The Client Service Liaison is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client-facing initiatives, managing and analyzing business data, and providing operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within Firm systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and Firm objectives.
