Ce dont vous aurez besoin:

  • Maitrise de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
  • Bonne connaissance et comprehension des ordinateurs, systemes, plateformes bancaires electroniques et systemes ERP.
  • Bonne connaissance pratique des produits de tresorerie (structure de paiement, SWIFT, etc.) et comprehension de base des produits de commerce (LC, SBLC, BG, etc.).
  • Langues : maitrise de l'anglais, du francais OU de l'anglais et de l'espagnol OU des trois, a l'oral et a l'ecrit. Le portugais serait considere comme un atout important.

Some of these roles include:

  • Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done
  • Perform registration, maintenance and support tasks for the Electronic Banking Suite of products offered by BNP Paribas.
  • Assist with projects in collaboration with Local IT, Cash Management and Trade product managers when required (example: new projects, UAT testing, etc.).
  • Timely handling of incoming requests, log all requests on applicable tracking tool and find an appropriate solution.
  • Maintain expertise on all product lines (Cash & Trade) and systems applicable. Continually enhance and acquire new knowledge relating to relevant product offerings of BNP Paribas in line with any product enhancements and/or regulatory changes, ensure knowledge transfer within the team. Participation in department meetings and other activities of the bank as well as handle various tasks/projects which may be assigned by manager from time to time
