Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Services Account Executive. The Dealer Services Account Executive helps clients see the value of utilizing Client Command's products and services to their fullest extent to help the client's business. They work with multiple teams within the company to facilitate the clients' approval of marketing, communicate campaign results and handle client concerns. The Dealer Services Account Executive provides ongoing, excellent service and creates raving fans throughout the lifecycle of the customer experience. The Dealer Services Account Executive also works to secure upsell product opportunities, and expand Client Command capture of dealer group stores within an existing relationships. They will own the retention sales quota and manage the relationship to move their clients toward renewal of Client Command's services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to strategically align with client goals to increase client retention, existing account sales and company revenue according to stated goals
  • Manage and hit individual retention and sales quotas monthly, as well as company goals
  • Provide exceptional experiences to our clients and team members
  • Align efforts of sales team with operations to address client needs, campaign analytics, data integration and creative direction for all media types to dealer clients
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance, market and industry changes
  • Follow corporate process for client communication/documentation in Salesforce and other Client Command tools that are required
  • Ensure timely follow up on all requests from dealer clients, agents and internal team members with documentation in Salesforce
  • Conduct required number of strategic reviews monthly with dealer partners
  • Weekly reporting to sales team on pace towards sales goals
  • Leverage/utilize the Client Command sales process approach, role play and training regularly
  • Bring a positive attitude to overall client experience and company culture
  • Travel as needed to dealer locations

Requirements:
  • Availability to travel 50% - 75% to clients, tradeshows, and headquarters
  • Proficient in leveraging advanced technology tools and software to enhance productivity and streamline operations, demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems quickly
  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly retention quotas by maintaining and growing Book of Business, including upsell revenue and capture of dealer group stores within existing accounts
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities in person, and via phone and/or video conferencing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural connector with strong relationship building skills, and ability to procure internal and external resources as needed
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing deadlines and foresee client needs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus
