Red Oak Inventory Finance provides commercial floor plan inventory financing services for our clients - primarily manufacturers and dealerships of RVโ€™s, Boats, Trailers. We offer specialized, structured lending solutions that allow dealerships to finance the inventory on their floor and show rooms, streamline their cash flow, and secure quick turnaround times for funding.

Our success heavily relies on our exceptional & unique team, with an average of 20+ years experience with inventory finance, and our emphasis on internal cross training allowing flexibility, creativity, and the ability to make decisions quickly. Our Operations Department is growing and is looking for a strong Client Services Account Coordinator to support our Account Executive teamโ€™s portfolio of clients.


What youโ€™ll do:

  • Work closely with internal Sales, Credit and Processing groups to problem solve and provide high level customer service

  • Provide excellent customer service to our dealer customers, including email and phone communication answering questions related to supplier invoicing, billing statements and inventory inspections

  • Follow for updates of inventory status codes

  • First contact for collection calls of monthly finance charges and principal payments

  • Collaborate with inventory inspection vendors by coordinating audits and taking clearance calls

  • Provide a high attention to detail with documentation of follow-up in our system of record

  • Prepare documents, work within Excel spreadsheets, and other general administrative tasks
